The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

RE:RE:Curious There are no lawyers lining up to fight for the shareholders because there are no grounds to fight.  It's unfortunate, but it's all in keeping with our laws, and has been overseen by our courts to make sure that nothing illegal has occurred.   When you don't pay your bills, there are serious repercussions.

If there were grounds to fight it, NG, who do have the energy, money, and lawyers, and who are in the exact same position as retail, except they have a lot more to lose, would have been fighting it all along.

From an investment point of view, this outcome crystalizes what the word "risk" is about.  The reason there can be high rewards in this sector is because there are high risks.  I know there are people who lose sight of that (or never really understood it), and can get sucked into a high risk situation by focussing on the high reward part of the equation.   I feel for them.  All they can do at this point is learn from the experience.  They paid a pretty expensive tuition, might as well pay attention to the lesson.
