RE:RE:Reliq Announces Settlement of Proposed Class ActionFan: It's been mentioned on this board and CEO.ca many times over the years, but perhaps not lately. The good news is that, of the $1M Reliq has to pay, they did collect $400k from some former employees who allegedly committed fraud, theft, extortion and sabbotage. Of course, those numbers don't include Reliq's legal fees, but it is what it is. Pretty soon, it'll be gone.
Canadian: Here's the link. Dates are in there. Usually you are contacted. If you bought shares between 23 February 2018 and 15 October 2018., you might be entitled to a portion of the class action settlement amount. Here is the webpage from Siskinds:
https://www.siskinds.com/class-action/reliq-health-technologies-inc/#:~:text=acquired%20securities%20of%20Reliq%20from%20and%20including%20February%2023%2C%202018%20to%20and%20including%20October%2015%2C%202018
The proposed settlement doesn't go before a judge for approval until 14 April 2022.

I know that if Reliq ever does get back up to the $2 plus level I will caerfully revue my situation, what a bloody mess, no wonder potential investors are leery of this stock!
I have never seen any reference by LC to Proposed Class Action. One would have thought this important information would have been forthcoming during one of her many recent WSR interviews?
Also surprised there are so few comments on this BB regarding this subject????
