This is very disheartening

This is very dishearteningDoes anybody have any idea of what is happening,  The stock has been on a downward trend since it was listed in the big board.  New news in weeks. What is the company's game plan here.
I have been an investor since day one.  Lived through the consolidation and now this..  Very discouraging, espeically since some analysts seemed to be very positive in there assessments to the point that that they were predicting a share price of $7.00.  GLTA.
