I've been wondering about development wells too. I don't recall anything mentioned lately about a timeline. However we do know the Casc surface facilities are only sized for 90mmscf/ day initially (but pipeline is sized for 200mmscf/day. That makes me think one development well at 30mmscf/day might be possible (I might be wrong but think the existing wells at Cas are about 30mmscf each).

as for condensates, slide 14 in Jan 2022 investor presentation says 26 bbl of condensate per mmscf.

I don't know enough to comment on production decline.
