Scanner454 you are mistaken.........with respect to rollbacks which has nothing to do with the share price. It has everything to do with financing. These public exploration companies or early jr. mining stocks need capital to continue running their businesses When the outstanding share count becomes overwhelming and the financiers will no longer finance a company then they forced the company to do a rollback, in turn they solidify the financing.
