The "nastier the joke" the better for those doing the...."stand up" .... or in this case the "walkdown"
Funny to watch our bullboard escort share tales of "tapping 15 cents" ...is it real?
It serves as wonderful validation for the insider involved overnight financing back in April 2018 at 30 cents with 45 cent warrants ( INDEED, on a wing and a prayer, BUT with phase 3 data that now magically forms a MAJOR portion of the current FDA confirmatory phase 3B - 179 patients to be exact ) ... basic math tells us the 15 cent job was half of the 30 cent financing ( about 75% taken by the Alberta group ) and of course 15 cents is about, but not quite 1/3 of the 42.5 cent recent financing led by our $2.40 analyst target and our CEO's former employer.
"Traction", "tapping 15 cents"... "the US OTC and NO news to the US in 61 months"..... "62% of those not enrolled in the trial dying".... "Splitting 6.6M CAD of revenue up in 108 tiny pieces so a 1.7M CAD legacy fee could be applied".... "The CFO sell/buy arrangement in late October 2016".... "The 5,4 and then 3 cent SP targets from financing partners".,... "AGMs with no questions and botched voting arrangements".... "A 16% partner that can't advertise their ownership, but their rep can buy others expiring 45 cent warrants"....seems to me the EXACT same type of "Tom Foolery" happened when Patient Home sold 10% to an insider in the low 30 cent range only to see the stock touch 12.5 cents CAD before it went on to "20 BAG"
I'd like to see something done about the quirky and questionable 6.6M CAD accounting arrangement with the Baxter money. In my opinion it was the "catalyst" in starting the Paradigm double financing cascade that was validated by a funny little trade at 15 cents on a cold Friday morning in December. Approximately 50 MILLION shares hand delivered shares and now we are regaled by "bullboard escorts" and their tales of the 15 cent tapping...indeed ; - )
I'm surprised Canada doesn't have "arm's length" and or "conflict of interest" rules as it would seem that both are dangerously close to being violated here.
Is anyone here qualified to comment on this? What about the 1.7 MILLION CAD legacy fee, why has the recipient not clearly been identified? Who was the lucky winner of the payment that "sunk our quarter", turned the 6.6M from Baxter into a "dilutionary nightmare" and triggered the magical mystery tour from 80 cent CAD to the "Beech Boy" declared 15 cent tap?
Very dirty .... as is this public forum....pay close attention to ALL participants and watch the critical and easy to call out detail be masked by well planned "side tales" ... PAY close attention ...you too Don.
