I'm probably not allowed to criticize but I will anyway.
This may be a 'generation' thing - possibly Generation X or Millenial or ??
What I am referring to is MG's use of the term "you know" as he is speaking. He can barely get through a sentence without including it. In some sentences he uses it 2 and 3 times. I am surprised no one on his team has pointed it out. I am surprised he himself does not go back over his talk and edit it for reference purposes, in which case he would have spotted it, I think - unless in these modern days it is just an accepted standard..
Maybe I am old school -- I know when I was in grade school 65 - 70 years ago my English teacher would have jumped all over it. I know some old "debate" clubs also would have jumped all over it if you made a speech using the term so loosely.
Not to take away anything he had to say about the progress being made by the Company - that was all good but I believe his staff should point out a glitch in his public speaking skills.
Picky I guess but it does not suit an up and coming CEO. I used the CC function to follow his commentary and it shows it very clearly. I did not count the total number of times but it is a large number.
