RE:SHARE BUYBACK vs ACQUISITIONThey won't do it...
Tal already shut the door on buybacks like an amateur on the last call. Does he reverse? Doubt it, illumin is a dud and he needs to buy revenue.
When you look at how much he and the others cashed out last year you will understand that they don't have your back. He even told you that in his closing statements on the q3 conference call.

I would hope for a share buyback by end of Q1/2022 if not announcement of acquisition.
I mentioned alot of things I LIKE about Acuity, here are things I hate:
1) shifted focus to ILLUMIN revenue growth instead of overall revenue growth
2) guided to beat q/q revenues for q4, but hinted at significant sales and marketing boost that may hurt bottom line
3) aquisitions are hard..remember that 140 proof debaccle where they were unable to execute and bring revenues onboard...who remembers that ugly impairment charge.
My suggestion: buy back at least 25mm of stock and put a bottom in for shareholders.
