with 40 million cash and no debts... there are other candidates in the cannabis sector where survival is not certain and then market shares would become free again :-D 
It's not just about Germany, Australia and Brazil are also ready. In my opinion, Labs has done a lot right! That the Canadian market will be completely overfilled with products at some point was to be seen and the USA has not legalised anything until today... unforgettable the competition of the producers with cultivation areas and now all in the fight for survival. Labs is healthy!
