Meh, better options who can deliver now. 

Birchcliff promises 5% next year in dividends.  Players like Arc will be giving 5% this year and potentially 10% next year. 

Birchcliff comes with more risk and I dont see the reward being there at this time.  Next year if its still lagging and they had enough time to knock off debt...then we maybe I will revist.  Lagging hard last couple weeks and I want to find something to make me like it.  They are also adding shares at a ridiculous pace.
