RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GRA's Technical IndicatorsThe Short Form Prospectus, recently somewhat more detailed by the company, basically allows the company huge flexibility in how and when to raise financing as needed , without delay.
And, given the many different potential needs, new graphene plants, Voltaxplore funding etc: perhaps different tools for different needs, though I do not see the need for two series of potential Preferred shares.
Very Soroush(ie), preparing for most contingencies, well in advance.
The company made reference to the closing share price ( $6.45ish) when the Short Form Prospectus was first announced December 29,2021. Not sure if this was significant, or will be significant as a benchmark when , as and if some form of financing comes to market.
Volumes the past couple of days have been significantly higher
than normal, perhaps cataylzed by margin calls or just capitulation, but the fact that the price has not moved up beyond
opening levels suggests that there is still more stock available than demand.
Certainly, the past few weeks starting with the screw ups caused by sloppy work around putting GRA into some funds, coupled with the subsequent market extreme weakness must have put a sour taste in the mouths of many investors making any strong comebacks that much more difficult.
But great companies work through these minor impediments,
n'est-ce pas?
Et, comme toujours, Caveat Emptor !
