RE:Anyone home?

RE:Anyone home?Seems more like a holding company. They exist for the windfarm. It's important to secure a PPA from BC Hydro or a commercial enterprise.

20 years of valuable data collection from the Met Mast exists. The wind resource and consistency thereof is known.

Northland has the resources to make it happen with community partners. There was an opportunity for public input early last year which contributed to Northland receiving a five year investigative license.

Everything takes time including maybe a new environmental review. Nothing much Oceanic can do, other than act in an advisory capacity.

Yes, the stock has been dropping along with the best windfarm developers. So they are in good company. Sector rotation has contributed.

Northland has the project indicated on their map. They should issue a 2022 outlook summary around Feb 8th. There are sensitive things in the corporate world regarding investments and negotiations. But a brief statement about the project would be welcome. To touch base so to speak.
