Evaluate what you own.

Look for quality dividend growth companies that can pass on their costs.

Look at debt ratios - major interest rate hikes ahead. Financials and insurance should benefit.

Enjoy!  This happens every 3-4 years. It presents some good opportunities for entry in to long term quality names.
