It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

we are closer to the deposit ...it's going to affect the new FS and no question about that and could be significant in both construction costs and operations. Further we are closer to the hazardous waste facilities. Add to that we have infrastructure there that we might otherwise have to build, rail spurs power etc

another factor is that our ESG will also look better right off the start, in that if we can use the existing buildings ( which we will) which may otherwise be torn down ...so it saves us Construction costs and also adds a green component.

the way way things go these days ...might specific specialty components be built right in edmonton and moved to site for even greater construction cost saving? Both PCL and Ledcor along with others have their own industrial fabrication facilities and do exact that type od work 

I think we are looking good here.
