RE:13 Million "Incentive Options" ? Once again you're not following your own logic ....are you suggesting Andrew Ryu is exercising ALL of these options on his own. I don't think that's how options work? If he is the only one exercising HIS share of the options then there won't and haven't been the dilution you are concerned with.
I'm still trying to determine what you're doing here if you have so little faith in management. YOU are responsible for the choices YOU make ....as with any investor do your own DD, reflect on the opinions of others and make appropriate choices.
Do you believe Datametrex is a company with growth potential?
Do you trust what management says and does?
Do you believe management can take the company to the next level as they have stated?
As with all investors, if you answer no to any of these questions you shouldn't be invested in this company?
As for emailing ...if I'm invested in a company I believe in management and don't email them ....let them do what they're supposed to be doing? If I have made a mistake (and I have) and the company is not growing or I've determined management is not on the up and up I sell my shares and move on ...lesson learned. But complain to management ....if they're "slimy" no email from an investor is going to change that.

Interesting some think this helps the share structure in any way or aids the up-listing to the TSE. This isn't fear mongering, this is called voicing ones opinion on bullsh|t.
