This is very interesting. I see that 14 ITG has been picking up shares of DM. Investment Technology Group which does/has anonymous electronic trade matching system that has offices world wide including Toronto.  It's a hedge fund publicly traded on NASDAQ and headquarters in One Liberty Plaza New York City. 
I hope I have this right folks and DYODD. Maybe I'm wrong, but could there be institutional buying just around the corner. Feel free to enlighten me as I'm just the messenger ( and not the brightest bulb in the pack ) ..............Let's hope.................MW
