The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

LOL.... I be very very very surprised.

Maybe special motion to give more options for themselves... maybe year end bonus for themselves.... maybe a bump up in dividends for a yield of maybe over 1% for the investor.

But I don't see a special $2.00 or $1.50 or even $1.00 dividend.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
