RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Discord Jan 24 2022 UPHey Judo, kudos to you for your discord and investigative work, I find this very intriguing to know there was actually a sitdown with a buyout offer.and to decline an offer to bring a sweeter buyout offer at some point if DM can continue to deliver AI 7 figure AI deals....maybe asset rollup strategy a head fake to sweeten the deal.??? Somebody is doing severe manipulation to keep sp suppressed for this sole purpose.......a larger cap company can work wonders with this tech while having so many bigger players captive as business partners.

I have a few friends who design software. Very intelligent, but not smooth speakers.
They have an offer for buyout from a large Tech company (APPLE/ Microsoft) not sure which one and they signed NDA so they can't tell me.
They didn't know what to wear or how to talk.
They considered wearing suits, but they dont at their current workplace so they decided they aren't trying to impress, they already let the product speak for itself, so that large tech company doesn't need shinny perfect image. That's not what they are after.
Once the offer was given, they spent 30 seconds discussing, reponse was "Nah, I think we need a bit more, like x amount more". Totally unproffesional and very odd way to say it and probably not the nicest way to respond.
At the end of the day, its hard to change people from what they are. Those we "pick" out those things, it doesn't mean "others" find it repulsive.
They are more interested in the underlaying "product".
I don't disagree it could use some work, but he don't forget this isn't a presentation he is reading and thinking and trying to avoid giving out "material information". I'm sure I'd throw a lot of mm's.., ahhh, well...
Just my two cents....
