Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

RE:Again Anonymous!!!!I don't want to rub it but I was posting since the PP  how this will evolve and so far I'm not proven wrong...
The interested parties are using the shares from the PP to keep the share price down. Until permits are awarded, at which point a financing deal will be signed but not at $3-$5/share as some here dream but around $2.50 and management will give them maybe 80-100M shares for $200M financing for example. The party in turn will sell these in a year or two along with the warrants and will recoup their investment while sourcing the materials to be sold at higher prices elsewhere.
There are still money to be made here, who run from 2x current price but don't expect to reach RCK price for example. That's the reason I'm still lingering around as where you can find a stock that will give you 100% return? However this is the last QC junior I'm investing into. Will be looking in BC, Ontario or even better, US as this experience is leaving a bad taste so far.
