Microsoft executed the $70 bil buy in about 3 months. It was done secretly, more than bb which is a security company. IAM media was fed all the info by some rogue insider at bb.

chen is an idiot including his incompetent lawyers. Idiots forgot to put time frame on negotiation and now the buying party holds all the cards. If they walk away it's a big problem for Chen.
