Low priced dilution shares still being dumped

Low priced dilution shares still being dumpedToday oil had spiked at the open and most oil stock gapped up at the open and ran including SGY. Most oil stocks traded higher for most of the say but the share price of SGY was knocked flat pretty fast and most of the day they traded flat to slightly down. After the FED chairman's speech, oil stocks gave up their gains but SGY tanked to $6.14. That was compliments of Peters > they did not sell all day but came out to sell the share during the last hour off trading sold most by hitting the bids sold 244450 shares rapidly at an average price of $6.359

During the day selling was coming out Anonymous. Out of a huge total volume of 4.5 million shares today Anonymous sold 2.2m shares. Net sales from Anonymous were 1.03951average selling price was 6.478 they sold most shares earlier at higher prices than Peters. Any time the stock spikes sellers from Anonymous dump shares. No idea how many shares they need to dump. Need to check the trading history of  Anonymous after dilution.

A huge number of cheap shares were issued in the last financing and it is going to take time to absorb them. If the stock will not run then manual traders will avoid it and not waste their time. Algorithm with not run up the stock if it does not run and there is a constant distribution
taking place

There are TWO  very important lessons here

When a company is reckless and does massive dilution at rock bottom prices RUN and look for other stocks in the sector if you want your money to work faster and harder.

When there is a reverse split avoid that stock. Get out the moment the company announces a reverse split. In most cases, the stock will suffer. Don't understand why this company was in a rush for a reverse split because they are not listing or on an exchange or that has a minimum price requirment.

These factors do have an impact on the performance of the share price . Have seen it many times.
