Yup they obviously knew they were planning on raising capital.. even last week they could have done it for at least a buck/share higher..! I smell a rat..!!
As Desi Arnez would say..."Lucy.. you have some splaining to do!" and I think us shareholders deserve that for this foopah by management..!!
