McRambus, you are quite right that nothing has been reported. However I wonder if there is a reporting window that could mean that some buybacks have occured up until now. I sense that there is no reason to wait until after the dividend to repurchase shares, since each share repurchased is a dividend that does not need to be paid.
It will be interesting to see where this trades on February 2nd.
