RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Getting pummeled Funny you should mention BoD nominations, I think many of us have whimsically thought to ourselves if we really did hit paydirt and had enough spare $$ to acquire a sizable share of one of our favourite juniors, wouldn't we relish the chance to be on the Board of the company?

On a side note, I did some gig work years ago for the company that handles the tablulations of the AGM votes for most of the NYSE traded stocks.  If you've ever visited proxyvote.com to vote any of your shares I used to test the reliability of that website as part of my job duties.  My general rule of thumb when voting for the BoD nominess is you MUST have skin in the game.  No ownership = no votes in my book.

On a side note, I have some bids in on WRN at $1.27 USD.  Dunno if I'd call them "stink bids" as the market has been very choppy and even good stocks such as WRN can take hits now and then.  I wouldn't be surprised if the general market rolls over here shortly.  Long story short, keep some dry powder.  This will be the last chance to get shares anywhere near $1 USD.
