Advice to dreamers:
Paul said $1B somewhere along the 20-year duration of the IP. Not today or tomorrow.

I think a low-ball offer would be 30 cents, but it would not go through. Fifty cents a share would make it.

Now, late in 2022, we might be at 50 cents on our own. Then a dollar would would make it.
