It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas projects, in specific non-conventional projects such as tight oil, oil shale, shale oil and shale gas. It holds assets in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec in Canada, as well as in the Kingdom of Jordan (Jordan). Its oil shale assets include its project in Jordan and its investment in Red Leaf Resources Inc. (Red Leaf). It plans to utilize the Red Leaf technology for its project in the Kingdom of Jordan. Its Kakwa area is a liquids-rich Montney natural gas resource play situated over 75 kilometers (km) south of Grande Prairie in west central Alberta. Its Antler area is over 200 km southeast of Regina in southeast Saskatchewan.

Interesting. What are Saturdays Lottery numbers? You seem to know it all so you should easily provide them.

I look at what are the facts and base my investing on facts. 

QEC have 20+TCF natural gas in the ground. FACT!
QEC have a "fair value" valuation of 5% of their ground valuated risked about 1BN $. FACT!
The laws say "fair value" should be paid if government wants to expropriate. FACT!

Now tell me the government can break the law and go against this and still believe there will be investors interested in investing in such a place. A place where the government can break their own laws in order to have their politics, and where you obviously have NO investor protection. HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD INVEST IN SUCH A PLACE?
