Based on the news release - there does not seem to be much in the way of value - which is why I sold out - took the loss.... 

I will keep this management team in my database to ensure that I never invest with them again and I will also make sure my network also keeps their eyes peeled when these managers try to re-invet themselves somewhere else....   I would suggest other investors do the same and get the word out!
