It's my understanding the subsidiary San Pedro where the prossing plant continues to operate, would be the only thing lost in a bankruptcy.

This is the only asset clame the plaintive has to go after, thus one of the reasons for shutting down Patose mine.

I say good riddens !

This whole thing may have a "silver" lining ! LOL
