RE:no insider buys?!Shame you gave in. If you had done ur own DD on DOC and its M&A, you would find that theyve been extremely clever/smart in their M&A Terms and deal structures.

Yes, this weeks PR couldnt come at worse time however, after reflection, it isnt as apocolyptic as we all were reacting too on Monday. Its $3.73MM exposure of which, DOC has provisions from the M&A terms to hold back and use. Further, they can go after the prior owners of VPROS for damages.

VPROS prior owners have a "A LOT" of money tied up with DOC from the M&A in the form of perfromance measures they have to achieve by specified timeframes in order to get paid as much as $20MM of the total M&A deal.

In short, DOC has them by the balls
