Why do I get the impression..

Why do I get the impression..that a buyout of ARX is in the works..

Seems to me that Shell or an LNG partner could be in private discussions to acquire ARX..  probably why they stuck a dud like Terry in the top seat after Myron...
  • No material dividends.
  • Continued choices to keep the stock price down (terrible hedges, CFO should be fired).
  • No material growth.. treadmill to keep production flat.
  • Horrible presentations and lack of care in any messaging.  I read today that many felt Terry Andersons presentation at Peters & Co. was the worst they have ever seen by an E&P company.
Makes me wonder....
