is anticipated to expire in two years. The company appears to be challenging an existing patent which Exro has in the
U.S. This is a key distinction, as Exro's patent has already been examined and issued. We believe this puts Exro in a
position of strength from which to refute this claim.
That's what i was thinking, Exro already has patents granted so it been vetted.
