This is a tad bit emotional of a post ... isn't it ?

I mean ... they have land in a reasonable region, they are drilling, deals are happening ... it is a long term play not minute by minute.

Hopefully one day we will hit or a bigger player will like the land package assembled.

Of course I would like it to go up every day ... but I would also like Covid to end tomorrow. It ain't happening !
