Telus Health Merger

the more I read up on Telus Health the more I could see a merger of these 2 companies happening if WELL scales more

both companies with HQs in Vancouver and Montreal (WELL has a big Circle office there now, with HQ in Van)
owns physical clinics across Canada
owns a virtual pharmacy (like WISP)
owns telehealth assets (like Circle)
owns EMR assets

the only outlier is CRH Medical which doesn't really fit, but the company is of the size that it could be spun off

wishful thinking but it's certainly a suitor

any thoughts?
