RE:RE:RE:CAD Oil Sands Stocks Surge...Agreed, I'd even like to see a one time special dividend announced to catch the shorters off guard and burn a few of those buggers.. ;-)

Lately the energy stocks are underperforming WTI, and it's really annoying if you believe in energy and have positioned your portfolio in the energy sector for higher energy stock prices that aren't happening anymore. Oil companies should not be in the red today but some of them are. They need to give meaningful dividends in their next quarter to convince retail investors and hopefully more institutions to continue or start investing.
