Well, once upon a time, when the investment community saw insiders buy shares of a given company at a price signfiicantly higher (say 0.10) than what it was trading at on the open market (say 0.055), the market would conclude that insiders not only believe the 0.055 share price is undervaluing the company, but also putting their money where their mouth is by purchasing shares at the much higher 0.10 each, so, in most cases, the market would follow suit on the open and start buying up shares north of 0.055 since insiders just paid 0.10 each for hte same shares.

To be clear, I'm not saying that the company is worth more than 0.055 at the moment (heck, even at 0.005 the share price could be too high - who knows?), but markets typically react to such insider buying by bidding the price up. Didn't happen here, so it appears the market is not impressed. Maybe it's because the total new money invested in MTLO by insiders was low given the shares only cost a dime each, so it's not like insiders had to put a second mortgage on their house to acquire their portion of shares, or perhaps insiders considered the move a small price to pay to try and persuade investors to bid up MTLO's share price as a knee-jerk reaction to the purchases at 0.10.....?

Anyway, this has to be the wierdest company I have ever followed.
