I doubt it. RJ is usually relatively conservative. They don't venture into the speculative tech plays that often, and they certainly do their DD. I don't have experience with Eight Capital, but I'd expect them to do some level of DD before doing a bought financing with EXRO. Disappointed with the price of the raise, obviously, but I think $1 isn't in the cards. Way too early to predict that IMHO.
I wouldn't rule out under a dollar. They lost .15/share for 9mo. Share holders equity is only 41m , now they have legal expences on top of already high expences, and the outcome is unknown. The market hates unknowns. The market cap is still 181m , a buck would still be a market cap of 121m
Thanks for the civil response. Much appreciated. I see understand why you said what you do. I don't think the fundamentals are an issue today, given the nature of the company, but they will be in 6 months if they don't have anything new to report (e.g. some sales, or additional JVs). Perhaps you are 6 months ahead of where the rest of us might be. Hard to say. I'm going to give them some time, as their potential looks significant at this time.
