Let's forget the past.... it was a shyte-show
The fact is she's getting the company to focus on operations whereas Labrenz
was focussing on god knows what....powerpoints and websites it appears...he was attempting to run the show from Vancouver?!!! Anyhow she is not Labrenz. She is there and she is getting it right. Let's all give her a chance and yes some of those changes require some upfront capital. See below:

• Reorganization of workflow and accountability

• Expanded definition drilling

• Implementation of geologic confidence model 2021

• Reduction of senior manager roles at site 2021

• New crushing and hauling contract

• New mining contract being negotiated

• Investing in the gravity circuit

• Consignment program for critical parts

• On-site camp to be operational by March 2022
