goldanalyst, You are correct;progress has been made and each week that Belanger is onsite; she is learning more about the geology. Operations are getting better. But to thelostarc's point, mining should be the only focus. My fear is the headcount is not being reduced enough,ie, on the 1.04.22 corporate presentation, there is a VP of Exploration and a geophysicist listed as officers. If no exploration is going on, why are they still employed. Also, they are O'Dea's lackeys. Every dollar counts either productivity has to increase or expenses have to be cut. The key the process has to be on a continual basis. PS - Labrenz spent most of his time at his horse ranch!!!
