RE:RE:post on IV

RE:RE:post on IVGotta tip my hat at you Naggy! I know you have talked about the value of land holdings (from your real estate experince if I recall); and until this last upturn in NG prices with a very positive strip out to March 2023 now - i finally more fully understand what you have been pointing at for at least the last year now. Reserves really could matter (along with good production #'s) once they and the stock s/p is re-rated - and i really think that re-rating will happen once Q4'21 numbers are out by March 15 (on most O&G co.). The real estate angle to potential valuation (as opposed to production and debt) could really become material in the the next 3 months. Of course, that would totally shift upwards the value of a CR. I think TGC also made reference to this melt-up potentilal earlier in the week. Kudo's to you both.... i guess i have been a little slow in understanding the points you both made until you look at at longer term strip pricing environment. This - and a few choice names - could double again on that basis (either by being aquired or growing themselves). New investment horizen to consider - and risk/reward calculation. Glad i didn't sell much yet. TD12
