With all due respect I find yr argument a little stretched...under yr scenario companies that want to avoid insider trading lawsuits would be under a permanent blackout mode and continuously issue rights to management. In reality all companies worth their dime have a formal and strict process to adhere to when mgmt or insiders purchase or sell shares, so far the system seems to work properly. Anyways long XBC not adding till the release of the financials. Gday
