I could dispute a couple of those numbers, but generally i agree.
These are the issue that i am concerned about, these all seem like house repairs
- 625 million Full Cycle Attachie Build Out.
- 1 Billion dollars Share Buyback
- 800 million debt repayment
- 1 billion yearly risk management costs (2021, 2022, less in 20223)
These are all items in the way of ARC shareholders not receiving a meaningful dividend in 2024, 40 cents a year if you hang on until 2024.
Is it really worth it or our you better off owning something that will pay you now? If taking care of the share holder is not a priority until 2024, what could come up in the mean time that requires capital and simply pushes the share holder out futher. Commodity prices do not come with long term certainity.
IMHO
mhp , how can you say any of this with a straight face ? You keep recommending everyone sell and invest somewhere else but you don't follow your own advice . I believe everyone in North America knows you are short and trying to engineer a way to cover your "exposure" but you are wasting your time .The cat is out of the bag and I fully expect a more reasonable value as results are released .
I did hear that when the 2 Michael's were detained in China that both were forced to read MHP BB posts daily as part of their torturous routine .
