ePropelled isn't going to get any compensation from the lawsuit. There are no damages (e.g. lost revenue), as Exro has no revenue. You can't speculate during litigation, saying 'we think we would have got these clients or customers, and we think we would have sold them $5 million of our product'. The lawsuit seems a bit risky, from ePropelled's viewpoint. Maybe they want to go public, and they want to flush out any potential patent conflicts before they do? Strange way to do it, but who knows? Seems a little premature.
