The Engineered Materials segment manufactures fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels and coils, primarily for use in the manufacturing of recreational vehicles, truck bodies and trailers (Transportation). It also designs and manufacturers multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components technology for critical aerospace and defense applications.

As an additional thought, your question would a bank allow them to borrow 500 million and use the land as collateral ? Probably not, but there are many ways to get financing other than issuing new equity. There are preferred issues with conversion privileges or warrants, there is also the selling of royalty interests etc.etc. For Crew the plum in the pie is very large , hopefully someone will find a way to break the crust !!
