RE:RE:RE:Birchcliff Gas Revenue

RE:RE:RE:Birchcliff Gas RevenueHi Robert

Here is a link to the Chicago Mercantile Exhange - HH Natural Gas

I think this is the exchange they would need to get someone to sell HH contracts on to get a guaranteed price on some  of their US destined gas.

If tonights prices hold they shoulld be able to get a guaranteed price of $4.80 - $5.00 US on thier
2022 early 2023 production. After spring 2023 prices look more look more  iffy.

The downside of the hedge would be if prices spike to an incredible number (as has oft happened in the past) and the would end up with MASSIVE hedging loses to show for it on their finacials.

T
he rest of the world and parts of NA are paying many multiples of what we pay for gas.
Something has to give since gas is integral to modern life and it's price is a big factor in the eventual price of everything else (i.s. fertilizer, food, electricity, aluminum ..

I would hope that BIR waits until the international market stuff gets cleared up first.

Here is one for the shorts ....sleep tight

Next time try shorting bananas or something less critical to life.
