RE:RE:RE:Getting bigger for a reason ...!The vertical integration of the company is continuing with the acquisiton of Embark.
Embark was in trouble and Bevcanna for some unknown reason couldn't seem to be able to get a sales licence.
So they bought one and potentially some extras (Hazel/Hank Hash) but I don't know about Protein Quest (can't find anything about it.)
If the facility in Delta is sold then the processing licence is lost. The licence goes with the facility. Woodstock was supposed to be their new "state of the art facility" but was never completed.
You say Naturo's losses in Q3 are transitional but I don't believe that is so. Take a look at other akaline bottled water companies and see where the industry is.
FLOW just released their fins. On the quarter they had revenue of $10.4M (gross profit margin of 21%) and still managed to loss $14.8M. They supply over 24,000 stores and BEV supplies 3,000 stores.
The Akaline Water Company had 15.3M USD revenue (gross profit margin of 34%) and lost $10.4M USD. They are the US's largest independent akaline water and CBD infused water company. And is now being produced with city water in Langley BC. (Profit margins)
Pure Therapy continues as a loss leader in that it costs them more in fees paid to have people redirected to their website then it actually generates in revenue.
