If I recall correctly there was a point during 2018 at which the composition of the monthly distribution changed resulting in a change to the amount of withholding tax (not all of the distribution was subject to withholding tax).The amount of withholding tax deducted monthly was reduced by about 35 to 40%. Hopefully you do not have to refile your 2018 taxes.

I tried a query, but my account can only display transactions within last 13 months. I don't see anything else listed as tax, everything else is a dividend transaction.

I think I figured it out. Part of my distribution was taken each month. I assumed it was the tax they take because it's a US company. I'm guessing they are returning it to me because they weren't supposed to take it. I'm interpreting the last line of the description to mean (US income with held tax refund for tax year 2018)
