Yasch22, you should not have to defend your pristine analysis from these bunch of losers and wannabe CEOs!

While there may still be some missing details tied to these patents (i.e. who gets past year's patent revenue, is the FB settlement lumped into this sale, etc, etc), I think US $600 million for a bunch of legacy assets is pretty good, and allows the company to focus and better participate in fast growing sectors of the field.

There may be another shoe to drop.....
