Reyna Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold exploration company focused on district-scale exploration. The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Its projects include La Gloria, El Durazno, La Centella, and Don Porfirio. The La Gloria project is located within the middle of Mojave-Sonora Megashear, which is a 24,215 hectares (ha) district-scale property. The El Durazno project is a 24,629-ha land package located within Sierra Madre Occidental Gold and Silver Belt. The La Centella Property consists of about 4,485 ha, in the state of Sonora, Mexico, 60 kilometers northeast of Hermosillo on the southeast part of the Mojave-Sonora Megashear. The Don Porfirio Property is a 3,917-ha land package, which consists of prospective low sulfidation Au-Ag deposits. It also has a joint option to acquire the 10,300-hectare combined Carlin-style and CRD Gryphon Summit Project in Eureka Co., Nevada, the United States of America.
