Any description or viewpoint that ignores key details in either of these two items is basically not worth the toilet paper it's written on.
The IAM article offers a few interesting details not offered by the 8-K. For example,
(a) that the total number of patents sold is 35,000. I'm wondering if that number will be confirmed during the coming Q4 call or AGM.
-- That leaves BB with roughly 3000 patents still in hand. Here's hoping that some of the metaverse-related patents that Krumy has been sharing are part of the remaining 3000, and that Licensing revenue will start picking up again in coming years.
(b) That the Canadian government insisted on substantial Canadian participation in the investment.
