Green ambitions not popular with the working class... ooops
https://www.thesun.co.uk/motors/17484164/prime-minister-lose-key-voters-banning-petrol-cars/

Professional politicians now learning that votes vanish when Green Agendas are forced on voters.  This marks a humble beginning for a major recovery in Alberta's economy.

Unrealistic climate goals will be set aside to maintain political power in many developed countries.

There is some room for renewables and EVs but the momentum of their implementation is waning.  I have often suggested that when govts stop subsidizing EV sales, and start taxing EVs for kms travelled, then sales will stagnate.

The middle-class cannot afford to subsidize $120k tesla's for the Liberal Elites forever.

The term "virtue signalling" is overused but I will say it anyways.

Canada is not Norway.  We do not subsidize power consumption from abundant hydro dams and geothermal.
